Film shot in Israel wins Oscar


"Strangers No More," a documentary short about a Tel Aviv elementary school, won an Oscar for Best Documentary Short Subject Sunday night. The film tells the story of refugee children, many who have escaped war and genocide, as they adjust to new lives in Israel.
