(JTA) — Three Palestinian men were killed after attempting to stab soldiers at a West Bank intersection.

Israeli soldiers shot the would-be stabbers at the Gush Etzion junction on Thursday evening, according to the Times of Israel. No Israelis were injured in the attempted attack.

Later in the evening, security forces shot and killed another Palestinian who was attempting to stab Israeli forces at a junction near Hebron, according to The Jerusalem Post.

The Gush Etzion assailants were relatives of Ahmed Yusef Kawazba, an 18-year-old Palestinian who was killed after stabbing and lightly wounding an Israeli soldier, also at the Gush Etzion junction, the Post reported, citing Maariv.

The junction has been the scene of numerous lethal terrorist attacks since a wave of Palestinian violence began in October. Terrorist fatalities there have included an 18-year-old American-Jewish yeshiva student and a 21-year-old Jewish-Israeli student.
