Somehow, my enchanted mother was always able to whip up her magical powers and formulate various recipes that were both time effective and delicious. Mini Chocolate Chip/ Cashew Muffins:

Ingredients:

5 Eggs

1 Cup of Sugar

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Sugar

2 Sticks of Margarine

1 Cup of Cake Milk

3 Tablespoons of Potato Starch

Directions:

  1. Mix five eggs with one cup of sugar.
  2. Add in one tablespoon of vanilla sugar, two sticks of room temperature margarine, one cup of cake milk, and three tablespoons of potato starch.
  3. Split the batter into 30 mini muffin holders.
  4. Add a topping of your choice and place it in the oven for 20 minutes under 350 degrees.

Ingredients:

5 Eggs

¾ Cups of Sugar

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Sugar

  1. Mix five eggs with ¾ cups of sugar.

  3. Spread the batter on a foil tray and place it in the oven for 20 minutes under 350 degrees.

1 Stick of Margarine

1 Cup of Cake Milk

4 Eggs

Whipped Cream

Directions:

  1. Place one stick of margarine in a pot of water and wait until the water begins to boil.
  2. Once the water boils, add in one cup of cake milk.
  3. Continue by adding four eggs, and mix.
  4. Separate the batter in small circles on a foil tray and place it in the oven for 40 minutes under 350 degrees.
  5. The batter will begin to rise into the formation of a puff ball.
  6. Once the 40 minutes pass, open up the puff ball and add whipped cream.
  7. Finally, drizzle chocolate on top and enjoy the rich and creamy pastry that will delight your sweet tooth!

Coconut Cookies:

Ingredients:

3 Egg Whites

½ Cup of Sugar

3 Cups of Ground Coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix three egg whites thoroughly until a fluffy texture is reached.
  2. Continue by adding a half cup of sugar and three cups of ground coconut.
  3. Separate the batter into small circles on a foil tray.
  4. Place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes under 350 degrees.
  5. When the time is up, remove the cookies from the tray and delve into the deliciousness of this quick tropical dessert!
