Michelle and Sara — A shaggy dog tale?

The more interesting meeting Tuesday — perhaps even the more substantive one — was between the first ladies, Michelle Obama and Sara Netanyahu.

They talked World Cup (an opportunity to learn about other countries), they talked kids (the boys and the girls  would get on fabulously) they talked volunteerism.

My son won the Bible quiz, Sara said — I know, Michelle interrupted, suitably impressed.

And then Bo, the White House pooch, walked in.

The Israeli team was amazed that the first dog had the run of the White House, unleashed.

"What’s his name?" one official asked later.

"Bo," I said.

"That’s why I thought someone was calling me."

In Hebrew, Bo or בא — means, vernacularly, "Get over here."
