To the Editor:

Richard Goldstone and his three co-panelists would not be in this current bind had each of them recused himself from sitting on the investigation. Each was hopelessly compromised, having publicly made up his mind on the issues before being appointed to the commission. The Human Rights Council, in appointing four people with known bias, was an active participant in the establishment of this kangaroo court.
