A religious demonstration at Domazlice, in which 100,000 Catholics solemnly swore never to “betray our beloved Czech Fatherland,” today gave fresh evidence of strong anti-German feeling in the Reich “protectorate.” Notices printed in Czech newspapers transformed yesterday’s annual religious observances at Domazlice, which usually are of purely local interest, into a great patriotic rally.
