Fifteen Moroccan Jewish students arrived here this week-end from Casablanca to begin an intensive three-year education-training course designed to prepare them as teachers and religious and communal leaders in North African Jewish communities. They arrived under the auspices of the Committee for the Forgotten Million. Comptroller Lazarus Joseph, on behalf of the New York City administration, greeted the 15 students.
