Thirteen delegates were elected to the World Zionist Congress by 15,000 Argentine Jews who cast their ballots on Sunday, it was announced here last night. The Mapai won six seats; Mapam, four; Zionist Federation, two; Mizrachi, one.
All Zionist parties agreed that the election was not carried out properly, but nevertheless accepted the vote tally. The Zionist Federation and Revisionists, however, announced that they would protest the election at the World Zionist Congress, which is scheduled to be held in Jerusalem next summer.
