In accordance with instructions issued by Minister of Justice Hans Frank to jurists not to follow rulings and precedents when they conflict with the “Nazi viewpoint,” a court in Naumburg and the High Court of Saxony today handed down verdicts against Jewish litigants.
Der Angriff reports that the Saxony court issued a verdict against a Jew, explaining that “German law must first follow National Socialist principles.” In the Naumburg case the court handed down a similar decision with a similar explanation.
The newspaper commented that “these verdicts are fully in accordance with the basic instructions issued by Minister Frank.”
