$2,000 Bail Frees 4 Hunger Strikers

Four Jewish hunger strikers in the Jerusalem jail were released today on $2,000 bail posted by an anonymous person.

Meanwhile there are still fifty Jewish prisoners in the Acre jail waiting to be released on bail. They are held on charges of illegal entry. As a result of their recent four-day hunger strike, they were to be released on 500 dollars bail each. The bail, however, has not been raised as yet.
