Three Jews, one of them a physician, were seriously wounded today when a car they were riding in struck a land mine near the Arab village of Tina, in the vicinity of Rehoboth. They are Dr. Kaplan, 32, of Kfar Menachem; Michael Schochat, 30, and Mordecai Zilberbush.
