At a UJA meeting of 300 representatives from federal and District of Columbia Government agencies and bureaus, it was decided to cover almost every part of the entire governmental structure in the national capital area in the current campaign for $2,750,000. Stuart Rothman, general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board, is division chairman.
