Eighty-four new cases of polic were reported in Israel in April, the Ministry of Health announced today. The number of polic victims this year exceeds the average reported in previous years, the Ministry said, but added that the proportion of cases corresponds to that in the United States and other civilized countries.
Seven new cases of infantile paralysis were reported in Tel Aviv in the past 24 hours. They were removed to the Pardess Gatz Hospital, which has a polic isolation section.
