Celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of Moisesville, the first Jewish agricultural colony in Argentina, started today at that provincial town northwest of here. Public buildings in the town were decorated with flags for the occasion. The colony of Moisesville, named after the Biblical lawgiver, was settled in 1889 by a group of 80 Jewish immigrant families.
