A 38-year-old Filipino woman was among the 15 people killed Sunday in a suicide bombing aboard a bus in Haifa. Rosaria Reyes was from the town of Batangas in the Philippines and had been working in Haifa since March as a nanny to pay for her two children’s college education. Some 30,000 Filipinos work in Israel, mostly as nannies or live-in aides with elderly people.
