A British attorney demanded that former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres be charged with murder, torture and violation of human rights. According to a report in the Israeli daily Ha’aretz, the lawyer used Britain’s arrest of former Chilean leader Augusto Pinochet as the basis for his demand.
