A Brooklyn judge sentenced a Chasidic teen-ager to 30 months in a government- run boot camp for his involvement in a drug-smuggling ring. The judge also had some stern words for some 70 members of the community who came to hear the verdict. “Where was the community when all of this was going on?” he said. “Where was the family?”
