A Canadian high school student who intended to scare a Jewish student by strapping a knapsack to his stomach and charging at her pretending to be a suicide bomber has been suspended for three days. A second student in Ottawa, who learned of the prank and told other students but not the principal or any teachers about it, was suspended for two days.
