Speaking Sunday as part of the eighth annual Holocaust Education Series, mounted by the Montreal Holocaust Memorial Center, retired Lt. Gen. Romeo Dallaire addressed a packed house of Canadian Jews and French-speaking Canadians, survivors of the Holocaust and the Rwandan genocide, about the need to prevent slaughter of innocent civilians in Africa.
