A controversial leader of one of the Israeli parties that represents Russian immigrants in the Knesset is visiting Moscow to forge alliances with Russian legislators. Israel, Our Home’s Avigdor Lieberman is meeting with lawmakers from the Union of Right Forces, a reformist party headed by former government ministers with Jewish roots. Lieberman was one of former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s top aides before he resigned amid a financial scandal.
