A final poll of Arab Americans in four key swing states shows strong support for John Kerry. The Democratic candidate and Massachusetts senator beats President Bush by 54 percent to 28 percent in a three-way contest among Arab Americans in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Florida, according to a Zogby International poll published Tuesday.
