A group of U.S. Holocaust scholars signed a newspaper ad condemning the publication of a Holocaust-denial article in the Palestinian Authority’s official newspaper. The article, appearing in the July 2 issue of Al-Hayat Al- Jadeeda, called the persecution of the Jewish people a “deceitful myth” that Jews have “exploited to get sympathy.”
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
