A Holocaust Research center was inaugurated in Rio de Janeiro in honor of Holocaust Memorial Day. The center’s objective is to prevent the Holocaust from being forgotten as well as to help avoid similar terror against other minorities in the future, organizers say.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
