A letter found by the Israeli military in Yasser Arafat’s Ramallah office suggests that the Palestinian Authority has been trying to incite Israeli Arabs against Israel. The letter speaks of the “ties of connection” between Israeli Arabs and the residents of the West Bank and Gaza Strip and refers to Israel’s Arab population as the “wall and fortification of our Palestinian nation.”
