A Palestinian militant invited to Ireland last year as part of a deal to end a siege at Bethlehem’s Church of the Nativity is homeless and sleeping outdoors in Dublin, according to a local newspaper. The Irish Independent newspaper published a photograph of Jihad Jara, 31, whom it says Israel considers a “senior terrorist.”
