A Palestinian suicide bomber killed at least nine people in Tel Aviv. Monday’s blast at a falafel stand near the old central bus station also wounded at least 40 people. Two Palestinian terrorist groups, Islamic Jihad and the Fatah movement’s Al-Aksa Brigade, claimed responsibility in separate statements.
