A Palestinian was killed in a shoot-out between Fatah terrorists and Israeli soldiers. The man, apparently a bystander, was fatally shot on Sunday as troops stormed a safe house used by two members of the Tanzim militia near the West Bank city of Nablus. The fugitives were arrested.
