A provision buried in proposed immigration legislation that is garnering support in the U.S. House of Representatives would designate any PLO official a terrorist. Introduced last week by Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.), the legislation is best known for its proposal to standardize the issuance of driver’s licenses as a means of limiting illegal immigration.
