A recently completed arms deal with the People’s Republic of China has boosted Israel’s international arms trade to $1.2 billion per year, reportedly making it the world’s 10th largest weapons exporter, according to Jane’s Defense Weekly. Jane’s, a recognized authority on international military sales, said Israel’s military exports increased by more than 20 percent during the last two years, The Los Angeles Times reported.
