A Romanian publisher apologized for a book that contains some jokes about the Holocaust and ordered that any remaining copies be withdrawn from stores. However, nearly all 20,000 copies of “The Best Jokes and Answers,” written by Ioan Marinescu, a politician who is being investigated for inciting racial hatred, have been sold.
