A Rome soccer team was fined and forced to hold an upcoming home game at a neutral field after its fans hung racist banners and booed black players from the opposing team at a weekend match. Fans of the Lazio team displayed offensive banners, including one that read, “A Team of Blacks, a Fans’ Section of Jews.”
