A U.N. bill condemning anti-Semitism was withdrawn because of a lack of support. Ireland, which sponsored and circulated the resolution a few weeks ago, withdrew it Tuesday because it could not attain unanimous support before the U.N. General Assembly concludes on Dec. 16.
