A U.S. congressman sent supplies to help Jewish personnel celebrate Yom Kippur on an army base in Cuba. Rep. Steve Israel (D-N.Y.) arranged for two rabbis and 400 pounds of supplies to be delivered to Jewish military, CIA and FBI personnel guarding Al-Qaida terrorists at the U.S. base in Guantanamo.
