A U.S. court upheld the deportation of a man said to have been an SS guard in World War II. On Tuesday, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis backed a 2002 immigration court ruling that Michael Negele, 84, of St. Peters, Mo., should be exiled to his native Romania.
