A U.S. House of Representatives panel approved an amendment requiring the State Department to list countries of concern regarding terrorist financing. The amendment, added to the foreign aid bill Wednesday, would mandate documentation in the State Department’s annual Patterns of Global Terrorism report of countries that may finance terrorism.
