A U.S. immigration court ordered a Nazi collaborator deported to Lithuania.
The Department of Justice argued that Algimantas Dailide, 81, was a member of the Nazi-sponsored Lithuanian Security Police and that he took part in arresting Jews who tried to escape from forced confinement in the Vilna Ghetto.
