A U.S. judge declined to drop disorderly conduct charges against a Rutgers student who threw a pie in Natan Sharansky’s face. Abe Greenhouse appealed to have the charges dropped, but Judge Mark Epstein said April 30 that Greenhouse was not engaging in peaceful protest when he threw the pie in the Israeli Cabinet minister’s face last September.
