A U.S. judge refused to delay the trial of John Demjanjuk, who is fighting allegations that he covered up a past as a guard at Nazi death camps. Demjanjuk’s trial remains scheduled to begin Tuesday. Demjanjuk could lose his citizenship and be deported if prosecutors prove that he concealed information about his past when entering the United States.
