A U.S.-led committee probing the outbreak of Israeli-Palestinian violence last September is expected to submit its findings to President Bush next week, according to reports in Israel. The Israeli daily Ha’aretz quoted an Israeli political source as saying that the report is expected to stress ways to avoid future conflict while holding both Israel and the Palestinians responsible for the eruption of the violence.
