A Ukrainian Jewish leader reportedly challenged a Russian lawmaker to a duel. Vadim Rabinovich made the challenge after Viktor Ilyukhin, who is known for making anti-Semitic comments, accused Rabinovich of selling arms to the Taliban and to Islamic separatists in Chechnya.
