A wealthy Palestinian businessman reportedly is the front-runner if Yasser Arafat creates the post of prime minister within the Palestinian Authority. Arafat, the P.A. president, is considering billionaire Monib Al-Masri for the premier’s job, Israel Radio reported. Until now, Arafat’s deputy, Mahmoud Abbas, had been considered the likely candidate.
