Abbie Nathan, who flew a single-engine plane from Israel to Egypt in 1966 in a one-man attempt to secure peace between the two countries, announced here that he plans to sail his “Peace Ship” from New York to extraterritorial waters between Tel Aviv and Port Said and keep it there “until peace comes to the Middle East.” The ship, which Nathan plans to sail before the end of the year, will be equipped to broadcast Israeli and Arab news.
