Dr. Abraham Bramson, a founder of the Jewish health society OSE in Russia, has died in Leningrad at the age of 66, it is learned here.
Dr. Bramson was one of the most active Jewish social workers in Russia. He was imprisoned by the Czarist Government for protesting against the pogroms and for transmitting information abroad on the activities of von Plehve, the anti-Semitic Minister of the Interior, during whose term of office the pogroms took place.
