According to the international peace research institute, Spirit, Israel is now capable of producing each year a nuclear bomb the size of the one used on Hiroshima. This information was published in a report titled “The Non-Nuclear Countries and the Non-Proliferation Treaty.” According to the report, “Israel has enough plutonium to develop what is now a small nuclear program.” Israel has not signed the non-proliferation treaty while most of her Arab neighbors have. (Nuclear experts say that the bomb dropped on Hiroshima is now obsolete and bombs with greater destructive powers have been developed.)
