Dr. Joseph Rosen, director of the Agro-Joint, will address a meeting of the Peoples ORT Federation, Monday evening at the Pennsylvania Hotel, it was announced Friday.
Dr. Rosen, expert on Soviet Jewish colonization, will discuss constructive relief work for the Jews in Russia, and the possibilities of Jewish settlement in Biro-Bidjan.
