Transports of the Haggadah for Passover, and of Hebrew prayer books, have been sent to several countries behind the Iron Curtain to aid Jews there to observe Passover, it was announced here today by the world head quarters of Agudath Israel.
One thousand copies of the Haggadah went to Czechoslovakia alone, the announcement stated. Other of the religious works and appurtenances connected with Passover have been sent to Warsaw and Lodz in Poland, and to Budapest in Hungary.
