Ahmed Karia officially accepted the post of Palestinian Authority prime minister. Karia said Wednesday he would begin forming a “crisis Cabinet.” Karia is replacing Mahmoud Abbas, who resigned over the weekend. Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said earlier this week Israel would not deal with Karia if he takes his orders from P.A. President Yasser Arafat.
