Albert Picot, former president of the Swiss Parliament, who was a founder and honorary president of the Swiss-Israeli Association, and a leading supporter of the ORT movement and the ORT school in Anieres, died here today. He was 84. During the war, he had placed his home at the disposal of Jewish refugees from the Nazis.
