Funeral services were held today for Albert Rosenblatt, a leader in Jewish affairs, who died yesterday at his home here. He was 72. He was buried at the Mt. Hebron Cemetery. Flushing.
Mr. Rosenblatt was at one time president of the United Synagogues of America and served as vice-president. of the Hias for sixteen years and as director of the same organization for about thirty years. The funeral services were held at the headquarter of the Society for the Advancement of Judaism of which he was a trustee. He came to the United States from Russia when he was sixteen years old.
