Alfred Salmon, chairman of the board of directors of Lyons, well known British restaurant chain, died here Friday at the age of sixty.

Alfred Salmon was the last member of the trio who established the gigantic Lyons catering concern which employs 30,000 people, with a capital of £8,000,000.

Memorial services were held in the London Liberal Synagegue.
